# Third-party notices

This application uses Python and Tcl/Tk, Pillow, pypdf, pypdfium2/PDFium, and pywin32. Their licenses continue to apply to bundled components. pypdfium2 and PDFium include their own dependency notices; see the full license files in the distributed `licenses` directory.

Build tools such as PyInstaller are used to package the executable. PyInstaller's bootloader exception permits distribution of the bundled application under its own terms. See the included notices for the precise terms.
