Hermes Personal Assistant
A private personal assistant that organizes its owner's information and presents daily plans and action items.
What the application does
Hermes Personal Assistant runs on equipment controlled by its owner. It reads Google Calendar events and Gmail messages to prepare daily plans, identify action items, and help the owner avoid missed deadlines. It is not offered as a service to third parties and has no public user registration.
Use of Google user data
- It reads Google Calendar events to prepare daily plans.
- It reads the subscribed calendar list and metadata such as calendar names so that only calendars selected by the owner are synchronized.
- It reads Gmail messages to identify items that require the owner's attention.
- It does not use permission to create, modify, or delete events or email in Google services.
- It does not use collected data for advertising, sale, or credit assessment.
Data protection
Collected data and derived information are stored on equipment controlled by the owner. Access is limited to the owner and the restricted services required for operation.
Use of external services
Daily plans and notifications are delivered to the owner through Discord, and LINE may be used for high-priority notifications. When the owner requests a conversational answer, information needed for the answer or a summary of it may be processed by an AI model service configured by the owner. The scheduled daily plan is generated locally from a deterministic template and is not sent to an AI model service.
